Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the 1waygloballogistics.com website and the freight, warehousing, and fulfillment services provided by AV Logistics Group INC (DBA 1 Way Global Logistics).
1. Lawful use
You must use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including DOT / FMCSA regulations, CBP (customs) regulations, IRS reporting, California statutes, and the laws of any state where freight originates, transits, or terminates.
2. Prohibited activities on the website
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, related systems, or the accounts of other users.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the site or bypassing any security or authentication measures without our prior written consent.
- Sending automated queries, scraping, harvesting emails, or otherwise using the site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation.
- Submitting false or fraudulent shipment information, quotes, or claims.
- Using the site to send unsolicited commercial messages ("spam") or in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or any anti-spam law.
- Any activity that violates a third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
3. Prohibited freight & warehousing tender
See Section 5 of our Terms of Service. In particular, you may not tender, cause to be tendered, or store the following without our prior written approval:
- Hazardous materials (49 CFR Parts 100–185) without proper documentation.
- Firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, unlicensed cannabis/CBD, or any product prohibited by federal law.
- Human remains or biomedical waste.
- Currency, bullion, or negotiable instruments.
- Live animals or perishables without written temperature and handling requirements.
- Goods subject to sanctions (OFAC-restricted parties or destinations).
4. Reporting violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to support@1waygloballogistics.com.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your access to the site or services, cancellation of pending shipments (with applicable fees), and referral to law enforcement or regulators. We may also seek damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of attorneys' fees.
